2018 Jennifer Johnson Cano Residency

Opera Theatre St. Louis Event Image
  • March 2-3
  • $10 for each event

Opera Theatre’s commitment to the next generation of great artists starts early. When Jennifer Johnson Cano was in high school at St. Pius X in Festus, she joined OTSL’s Spring Training Vocal Camp. Little did she (and we) know then that within 15 years, she would make over 100 appearances on stage at The Metropolitan Opera — not to mention many more great stages around the world.

Now, we are thrilled that Jennifer is returning to sing the title role of Orfeo in Orfeo & Euridice. Before she begins rehearsals, she is coming back for a weekend of events in early March.
