Comic chaos turns into blissful resolve and raucous hilarity into revelations about love and what it means to forgive. Only a genius like Mozart could make The Marriage of Figaro as funny — and relevant — today as when it premiered in 1786.
Amanda Majeski and Maria Kanyova return as the Countess and Susanna; Christopher Feigum (who played the same character in last season’s The Ghosts of Versailles) is Figaro. OTSL Artistic Director James Robinson directs, Bruno Schwengl designs, and Timothy Long conducts.
